Hi guys!! Here's my artwork design. First off, Why does my thumbmark design represent me? Of course, this design well represents my personality. As you can see, the picture is full of life. It very well embodies the randomness and variety of colors. The different vibrant shades negates dullness and it represents the equally vibrant personality that I possess. It is experimental as well. The different shapes and curves in the picture are meant to symbolize the overflowing enthusiam and liveliness which in turn characterize my personality. The thumbmark in the lower right portion was made to exemplify an image of amusement and excitement which I normally experience whenever something new comes out (e.g LG Cookie phone!).  The eyes of the thumbmark design  shows  a feeling of amusement just like my jittery personality. Overall, this design shows the kind of personality that I have.

        Why do I deserve the LG cookie? Well, I am confident that my art design well represents the product. I gave all my best to incorporate the idea of the thumbmark in creating my design while doing it in such a way that it will also represent my personality. The Cookie phone is one of the newest LG has produced and the amusement being shown in my design is very manifest. We all get amused when something new comes out right? That is my idea in designing this artwork. I didn't want it to look dull and boring that's why I added colors to it.

        I deserve to have the cookie phone because first of all, I love the product itself. I love the idea of calling it a cookie phone, something that is really catchy yet relevant.  And it's really cute by the way. If I am not mistaken, during the product's launching, they've explained why it was called the "cookie phone". It's because a cookie is something that you'll love and yet easy to grasp in your hand. It's thin, it's light, it's convenient and affordable and it's cute just like the cookie phone. My interest with the phone started from there. I love it just the way it is--plain and simple yet elegant-looking which perfectly suits me!

        Also, i love it coz it's a touch screen phone. I've been eyeing this phone the moment I heard of it and saw it in a TV advertisement. The first time I saw it, I fell in love with it. =) Furthermore, I love joining art contests/designing contests such as this one. I find it creative marketing campaign that they have come up with. When it comes to phone features, it's all I need. It's affordable yet competitive enough. It looks perfect on me if I may add. So there, I'd really love to own an LG cookie phone because I love cookies and I love this cookie (which is the phone) itself.

4. Ask your friends to rate your design on a scale of 1 – 5 cookies and share their insights. One insight per visitor will be counted. (Get your readers to comment on your entry and rate your design)
5. Post your blog/entry link in the thread of this main competition site (leave an opinion below containing a link to your entry).
6. The promo starts on April 8, 2009. Deadline for entries is on April 29, 2009, Friday.
7. One male and one female winner each of LG Cookie will be announced here on Friday, May 1st 2009.
